A great stress on quality

The company Container, d. o. o. has introduced the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001, standard ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 several years ago.
All employed in the company at all levels are responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services. Quality products require competent work performers, well-maintained infrastructure, on-time purchased raw material, provided financial resources.

Control

Performance indicators and goals showing the discrepancies were set for the control over the functioning of processes. Performance indicators are regularly monitored every month and in case of discrepancies from the set results these are analysed, reasons are discovered and measures for improvement implemented.
The company is doing its best to recognise all requirements and desires of customers and realise them. The satisfaction of customers is one of our most important values, therefore different methods for its research are implemented. The data are analysed and improvement measures are implemented.

Excelent quality proven with certificates

Quality of products and services and satisfaction of customers are provided by the following standards:

SIST ISO 9001: 2000 (BVQI), introduced in 1995 and
SIST EN ISO 14001: 2004 (Bureau Veritas), introduced in 2004.

Professional health and safety at work are ensured in accordance with the specification OHSAS 18001:1999 (BVQI), obtained in 2006.

Welding works are performed in accordance with the applicable standards:

DIN 18800-7 (SLV München), obtained in 2005 and
EN729/ISO3834 Part 3 –- for the fulfilment of requirements of the EWF scheme for certification of producers and products for materials in accordance with CRTR 15608, obtained in 2006.

WF 0010186 Approval for Welding

At customer's request: DIN 6700 - 2 (TÜV SÜD) - welding of complex assemblies for transport elementsfor material groups .1,3, 16 Mn Cr 5 in accordance with the classification 6700 - 6 for 135 (MAG) the welding region of the aforementioned different materials with the thickness of 3-20 mm and a certified and verified butt and angle weld. Obtained in 2007.

Quality and conformity control

Quality and adequacy control of special containers is implemented by means of qualified personnel which performs the control of the input material and the control in the process of the manufacture of products. The final takeover is performed by our company or if necessary by experts of external authorised institutions (e.g. Rina, Germanischer Lloyd).

The welding personnel are certified in accordance with EN 287-1.
