Our own test room for containers - a great flexibility and economy in the development of new containers

We are one of the few companies in Europe which have its own container test room.

How can we help you?

The company Container, d. o. o. has a modern container test room which enables testing of the following container types in accordance with the standard ISO 1496:

• standard containers 1D, 1DD, 1B, 1BB, 1C, 1CC, 1A, 1AA,
• containers with the maximum length 45',
• medium height containers,
• special containers with the maximum width 2550 mm and height 9'6'',
• transhipment containers (>swap body<) with different lengths and
• other special containers with similar overall dimensions.

After passing the tests successfully the container receives a CSC or UIC plaque from the authorised institution (GL, BV, RINA, TÜV).

Our container test room is also equipped for other different demands on market:

• Testing of materials (toughness test),
• Static and dynamic testing of constructions of container overall dimensions,
• Finding technical solutions and excess of installed material on prototypes and other products,
• Performing the dimension control and measuring after testing of new products,
• Testing of gas tightness,
• Testing of fixing rings,
• Testing of container demolition,
• Simulation of the container fall (>fall test<).

How can we test your container?

1. Submit us your inquiry (over the telephone, by e-mail, fax) to the Sales Department where the relevance of the received data with other departments will be tested (it would be the best to submit us a plan or sketch).
   
2. In case of doubt, we will invite you to a meeting or visit you.
   
3. An offer will be prepared based on the collected data.
   
4. Immediately after the confirmation of the offer we will start performing activities for the implementation of testing in accordance with the agreed deadlines.

The testing is performed at our location. The testing requires the presence of an independent external institution (e.g. RINA Industry or G.L.) which will issue the appropriate certificate based on the results.
