Our own development
Our own development, the Department for Design, technological preparation, production and testing facility enable us a complete service. In cooperation with home and foreign institutes, faculties and other centres of knowledge in the field of logistics we can cope with any new development task.
In order to meet your requirements we are implementing development from idea to product. The main characteristics are:
- Short development times,
- Rapid preparation of the "3D CAD" model,
- Static and dynamic analyses,
- Automatic generation of plans (working sketches, NC programmes),
- Prototyping,
- Testing of prototypes and optimisation for serial production,
- Manufacture of welding machines for serial production,
- Individual and small-scale production.
In order to solve your problems we:
- implement applied development,
- develop our own products,
- develop products according to the order of the purchaser and
- provide advice in the field of special containers.
Welding - performance of welding works
In the company Container, d. o. o. welding and performance of welding works comprises two thirds of the entire production. Thus a considerable attention was turned to the training of the welding staff and the certification of the welding process of all parts of the concluded whole.
Meanwhile we expanded the welding possibilities to all welding positions, the selection of different materials, large dimensions and weight of individual welded assemblies. Thus we can offer welding from the ordinary construction welding to armoured sheet metal.
Welding works are performed in accordance with the applicable standards:
( DIN 2303 BK2/Q1, EN729/ISO 3834 part 3, WF 0010186 Approval for Welding )
Welding personnel in the direct production is trained already prior to the projects and this training is performed continuously during the production as well as after the conclusion of projects.
The welding personnel are certified in accordance with EN 287 - 1 at levels from the operator to the control in the company in the field of the entire concern.
The products are handed over to external inspectors with internationally valid authorisations. According to the experience and competence we ensure a quality performance of welding works at the highest level in the region of Celje.
